Remember, your first course (Foundation) is sent to your Paypal email address as a series of e-courses (within a business day of your order), so if you ordered with a friend's account (which is fine) you will have to email us with your correct name and email address so we get it right on your Certificates! Also, some ISPs are notorious for putting courses in your spam folder (AOL for example) so please check there! For the advanced courses, be SURE your Paypal address also is correct, or you will not receive your DVD's or certificates.
